Our knowledgeable staff of building inspectors consists of very experienced and highly qualified construction professional under the strict supervision of one of our Professional Engineers.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Nelco has successfully performed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) since 1997 for numerous sites (residential, vacant lands, industrial facilities, and shopping complexes) throughout the State of Florida at the request our clients.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING
Nelco provides soil testing and concrete testing services in a cost and time effective manner. All work is performed in accordance with ACI, ASTM and State and local governing agencies' standards.
GEOTECHNICAL
Nelco has performed many geotechnical site investigations throughout the State of Florida. These investigations are performed following the guidelines set forth by ASTM.
